Refund policy

Every item at The Paper Vow is a digital product delivered instantly, so all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your files have been accessed or downloaded. This is standard practice for instant-download digital goods.

That said, your happiness matters to us. If your template won't open, a link isn't working, or something looks wrong, email thepapervow@hotmail.com within 7 days and we'll personally help you sort it out.

A few quick notes:
- Templates are edited in your own free Canva account. We're glad to help if you get stuck, but we can't refund for a change of mind or editing difficulty.
- Colors can vary slightly between screens and home printers. We recommend a test print before printing in full.
- We do not offer printing or shipping — these are digital files only.
